If not, what are speks for lye, other than 100% ?

Hi,
I can't see the photo, but as long it has no other ingredients, like a drain cleaner with other nasty chemicals in it, it should be fine. Lye is lye. It will be a white crystalline powder or small crystals. Check the MSDS to make sure its the only ingredient.
