I have done DMT several times and I also smoke Marijuana just about every night. I noticed that since I do more psychedelics, I am getting closed eye visuals with Marijuana too now. Just tonight I had the closed eye visual of someone doing DMT. I saw this colorful work of art painted on a being made out of tin. I heard a "thump" in the back of my conscience which reminded me of a breakthrough of some sort. And I felt some eyes looking at me. Ha, I wonder if I am picking up on any "brain waves" from some people doing DMT on the blood Moon night. I wanted to photograph it tonight but the weather did not allow this. It's fun to think of where the images come from in the visuals. A lot of visuals I have seen are not anything I've ever seen here in this physical reality. I wish I could describe the rest of what I just saw in my closed eye visual. It was vivid, like a cartoon in a comic book sitting right in front of me. It took the craziest form and then transformed into a tangled knot of purple scribbles and then nothing. I wonder how many people did DMT tonight and if I really picked up on any sense of it. I'll never really know. All I can do it post as soon as it happens and hope someone sees it that did actually in fact do DMT just a short while ago. I would say about 15 mins prior to the time I posted this.

Alright now all I need is for someone to kill me and hope that I am reincarnated during a time in the future where we can actually test this. LOL. That's cool. I've never been exposed to the Drake Equation. Thanks for sharing this information. Ideas, philosophies and outrageous ideas and dreams all welcome! Hey I test the Drake Equation with my partner all the time. I say things out loud that he is thinking and he says stuff out loud that I am thinking. Now if only we could one day be certain of what the other person is thinking. Hey maybe one day we could be certain we were picking up on Allien signals. Love that idea. Sounds like the best form of space travel there would be. Unless some old timer is ready to go and says "hey, why not try this black hole idea out. I'm about to die anyway, why not!" Lol the day we test the black hole for space travel. It will be the next major invention fail of humanity. I could see us all throwing ourselves at the black hole, killing ourselves off and getting nothing but databin return. Better hope these testers are ready to go!

Psychedelics have definitely changed how I experience cannabis, especially psychedelic doses of cannabis. This is absolutely 'normal' and something many here have reported

Working with these expanded states over time can be like exercising a muscle or building a bridge. Maybe the full moon helped though

Closed eye visuals and even visions at baseline are common with many people here that have a consistent relationship with psychedelics. You're definitely not alone. There are several threads talking about it.

I know for me, years after working with psychedelics, aside from the intense feelings im imbued with alot of the time, that there was a huge shift behind my eyes. The white and gray wash of color behind the eyes has slowly but surely turned into this extremely vivid, bright, undulating coalescence of forms - some looking rather alien, some very organic. Edges are defined with these forms, colors distinct (oranges, blues, greens, reds). At night, things are much more distinct and heightened, which is expected. Occasionally these CEVs cut away into very distinct visions of forests, people, places, animals; even alienesque environments.

Now if I were to smoke say a couple hits of cannabis, these things become ultra vivid and it is a completely immersive psychedelic experience.

Even my day to day experience of reality. Colors overly saturated bleeding with color, infused with a brilliance magnitudes greater than many years prior. Edges of objects - leaves, grass, animals, people; even patterns imbedded into/onto objects - all seeming to be broken down into indentifiable pieces/parts, looking at an object essentially seeing the whole yet simultaneously seeing all the individualities of that object.

These things (psychedelics) can change you and change how you views things in terms of the actual subjective experience. It does happen.

Just wanted to add that I have experienced and heard countless reports of cannabis being especially "weird" the day after a psychedelic experience. Generally this was after someone's first experience but not always. People claimed they felt like they were back on the psychedelic for a few minutes and some of these people got quite scared. These were OEV and CEV's.

After having more experiences this seemed to happen less frequently and with less intensity, if at all. Not sure if it had to do with a first time traveller or not but thought I would share and see if anyone can relate!

I also have experienced what Tattvamasi is describing since getting more into certain psychedelics. What i described above however, was a different feeling entirely.

Yeah I believe you, it DOES change the way I see things. I've had so many ideas about the universe before I delved into the psychedelic world and it's like the ideas I had opened up. I started seeing a lot of my ideas coming to life. It certainly bridged a lot of gaps for me that I never had seen before. I can see how psychedelics can confuse people though. Dreams can be so real sometimes. We have to come down from those dreams and piece together the realities. Because the reality IS, lies and deception EXIST. We learn to lie by the time we are 2-3 years old. Our parents teach us to lie. Believe in Santa Clause or you won't get presents! We lie to ourselves too. We tell ourselves things are there that aren't. I have to separate this by saying... Yeah I see these things... but they don't exist in the physical reality, they only exist in my imaginative reality and I have to keep in mind that what I am not holding yet in my hands, is not yet true. No matter how true it is in my head.

I know that 8 or so hours after I would take LSD or mushrooms, if i were to smoke several hits of cannabis it would come back in full swing (vivid electro-organic cities behind the eyes, trees, grass and clouds ebbing and flowing outside, realitys pieces and parts dying and morphing into one another, etc). This would persist for a good hour or more, then eventually fading off.

Even 24 hours later, if I would smoke some cannabis - environment sharpens, colors intensify, shades of colors ebbing and flowing and all the same feelings intrinsic to the psychedelic experience would be front and center during these cannabis sessions. Cannabis for me has been changed forever, in a very strong way. It's how it goes for many here on this path, to a more or less degree.

I've had these types of CEV (even OEV in the dark) for as long as I can remember one of my first memories that's pretty vivid too me still was seeing these geometric moving colorful patterns on the wall when my mom would turn out the light it frightened me so I would go crying to her she told people I could see "ghosts" lol . A next very vivid memory is one I have a hard time talking about to anyone for fear of being labeled mentally ill or whatever. I think I ws about 8 years old I had a blur centaur type being talk to me late one night not sure if it was in my head or what but I still remember what he said very clearly it was that this day to day reality is an illusion like a dream and I would return "home" one day, it was a very reassuring feeling after this encounter. On my first psycedelic encounter which was a very strong and profound one on about 5g dried mushrooms I had a epiphany that these experiences from all my childhood till now where of the same origin, and that it was somehow linked through my ancestry (I am Mexican don't know if this would have any significance or not) and that I would still return home it was a beautiful experience. But I still seem to have these CEV/OEV they seem to overlay everything as I get ready to go to sleep or when I get woken up very abruptly. I still have a hard time even posting this because it almost sounds too crazy but i already feel a lot better being able to share it with this community of open minded individuals.
