It's not out of the ordinary to see homeless encampments in the vicinity of many highways in this state.I literally thought people were putting up tents on the highway, and for some reason this didn't surprise me in the slightest. I don't know what that says about the way I imagine America, but I don't think it's on the positive side of the spectrum
