Last week I had the best Pharmahuasca experience ever.

What made it so good was the preparations. The previous last time I had a pretty sad experience and this time I decided that everything had to be ok. I had a big look at what went wrong the time before.

In my opinion I did almost everything wrong that could be done wrong, I was hasted, my mind wasn't set to it and my DMT had probably degraded in time and last but not least I was pretty tired.

This time it had to be different so I did the following to make sure all was ok: It began with a very good nightrest, about 10 hours of...

This tea in turn was cleaned from tannins with egg-white. Normally the rue extract is a non see through substance, after the egg-white treatment it was a clear, almost tea-like transparent liquid. The egg-white I filtered out was really dirty looking, it must have cought something.

Way too much egg-talk going on there…
