I think the main issue is the Hydroscopic nature of some acids which would render a less handleable product.
I tried Phosphoric and realized that IT was Hydroscopic.
Well, I wonder if Fumaric Acid is a good choice.
IT is very non-hydroscopic.
And it is a food supplement, that is taken in doses for treating Psoriasis in doses of 500-mg per serving.
