My friend's cousin's friend's cousin is looking to do marsofold's on a lb of powdered MHRB. problem is he only has a 2L crockpot not the recommended 3L. Would it be sufficient to use the 2L or should he use a stove and large stainless steel pot? How bad is it to boil DMT water, concerning the potential destruction of the molecule? I saw over at the shroomery there was a brief debate and one person replied saying there was experiments done on this over at dmt-nexus. But I couldn't find anything.

He is not really worried about boiling but concerned since he has a gas stove and realize points on the pot may become higher than 100 C. The amount will be too big to double boil.

you will have no problems using a 2 liter crockpot as long as the appropriate ratios are still in use.

you know, like a recipe. you will use 2/3rds of the measurements marsofolds uses,,,because u have a 2L, and marso uses a 3L.

you should have no problems boiling the dmt water either. i have no personal experience. but many on this board do this exact procedure to reduce water content. i believe it is because the dmt is in salt form and has a high vapor point.

But he wants to do a lb all at once. he plans on doing the same amount of liquid but just doing more filling/dumping of the crockpot.

but will it be too thick?

good news about the boiling because he does think reducing will be a good idea.
