Diazepam OK with Harmallas & DMT?

I searched the forum but found mixed answers.

As of today, my back went, I'm on Diazepam it's the only thing that settles the spasms down and lets the body relax.

I would have been working today and tomorrow, this leaves this weekend open to having a Harmalas & DMT session, but only if there are no contraindications with Diazepam.

I would strongly discourage mixing MAOIs and benzodiazepines, especially if we're talking about larger doses of both. The total CNS suppression can become overwhelming, especially when combined with DMT. If you cannot go a day without taking benzos, I'd recommend postponing your journeying to a point in time when you can.

OK, I'll be taking a pill tonight before bed, if I need them again in the morning I'll be sure to leave off the Harmalas.
The max dose I have of Diazepam is 3x 10mg Tablets a day, I only briefly feel the effects on an empty stomach, I really dislike taking such drugs so the minute my back doesn't need them they'll be put away in the cupboard.

AFAIK, DMT and Benzos is far from a good combination as well. To explore further, I'd recommend you check out Erowid's Experience Vault and filter reports by this combination to see what people think about it, as I personally cannot weigh in on this from my own experience.

I don't think there is a serious health risk associating harmal with diazepam, especially when considering you seem to have moderate doses habits, but keep in mind benzos are in usual 'trip killers' toolkits, so it might somewhat dull or pervert the experience with DMT. For this latter reason I'd postpone anyway...

My plan if not on Diazepam would have been a long session of low dosing as the last session My Syrian Rue Tea & Vaped DMT Sessions I had felt amazingly theraputic and it felt like there was a lot to learn at that level like it was showing me what meditation can be when properly done, kinda showing me the space inbetween where I need to learn to be and accept.
