Does type of the vinegar matter?

Hi, after reading some various teks i decided to give cyb's hybrid atb salt tek a try. Problem is, in that tek (and almost every other tek that contains vinegar in some step) requires white (distilled) vinegar, which is something that I can't find anywhere by that name (i'm from Serbia). Types of vinegar used here are mostly apple cider vinegar, wine, honey, balsamico and alochol(?) vinegar, which i guess it's our version of white vinegar, but it contains min 9% acidity.

So, my question is, does it matter which vinegar is used as long as it is at 5% acidity, or does it absolutely need to be distilled?

White vinegar = alcohol vinegar! It is actually distilled alcohol that has fermented. Get the alcohol vinegar

I thought that was the case, although wouldn't min 9% acidity be a problem?

also learn more by searching for your answer, you might not find it right away but you will learn allot.

just to be clear on dilution, for 9% to 5% i should take around 40% vinegar and 60% water?

I used a small amount of apple cider vinegar in my cacti extraction before because I ran out of white and it left a weird residue behind. I won't use it again
