Does type of the vinegar matter?

Hi, after reading some various teks i decided to give cyb's hybrid atb salt tek a try. Problem is, in that tek (and almost every other tek that contains vinegar in some step) requires white (distilled) vinegar, which is something that I can't find anywhere by that name (i'm from Serbia). Types of vinegar used here are mostly apple cider vinegar, wine, honey, balsamico and alochol(?) vinegar, which i guess it's our version of white vinegar, but it contains min 9% acidity.

So, my question is, does it matter which vinegar is used as long as it is at 5% acidity, or does it absolutely need to be distilled?

Thanks in advance :)

just to be clear on dilution, for 9% to 5% i should take around 40% vinegar and 60% water?

Also thank you for taking your time to reply, I did search before I made this thread but I didn't find anyone who already asked that problem, which might be due the bad choice of search keywords and the fact that im still getting used to properly using this messageboard.

Now your just asking to be spoonfed...

read more about the science behind extractions and why an acid is added and you will know that your question is not really relevant.
