Ever had surgeon entities working on your body?

Questions for you....

Have you ever had surgeon-like or doctor-like entities work on you during a breakthrough?

I'm not asking whether you believe they were real—I'm interested purely in the phenomenology of the experience.

The reason I'm asking is that another thread about "looking around" in DMT space led me to a much deeper question: what actually survives into the DMT space as the observer?

Some people pointed out that in lucid dreams they can see their hands, look at their body, fly around, or intentionally manipulate the environment. I looked into the lucid dreaming literature, and that's indeed a common practice. Similarly, many out-of-body experience reports describe having some form of "astral body."

But breakthrough DMT seems very different.

Many of us have noticed that there often appears to be little or no sense of possessing a body at all, yet people frequently report entities performing surgery, removing fear, repairing the heart, working on the head, or otherwise "operating" on them.

I've never had it, but it gets reported all the time. I dont doubt people have had these experiences.

If you've had one of these experiences, I'd love to know exactly how it appeared from your point of view.

A few specific questions:

- Did you actually see your body?
- Was the experience entirely first-person, or were you observing yourself from a third-person perspective?
- Did you look down and see something resembling your physical chest, head, or body?
- Or did you simply know they were working on you without visually seeing a body?
- Did it feel more like they were interacting with an energetic body, a conceptual body, or just a felt sense of "you"?
- Was there any anatomy at all, or was it something much more abstract?
- Could you intentionally move your viewpoint during the experience, or was it fixed?
- Any physical sensations or somatic reactions?

I'm trying to understand something very specific about breakthrough phenomenology—not what happened, but how it was experienced.

I experienced an Ancient Egyptian themed operation. It was a ten years ago though, so I don't remember the specifics well enough to definitively answer your questions. I'm not even sure what about it gave an Egyptian vibe. I recall heads leaning over my visual field; giving the impression I was laying down and they were standing over me, and I was looking up first person. But it's been so long, I don't recall much else.

This is only speculation, but I think I've read that surgery and healthcare was invented by Ancient Egyptians, along with many other features of civilizations. Ancient Egypt's renown has no equivalence -- it's likely the most well known civilization, and most mysterious. Could be contributing factors to why I personally experienced an operation in that context vs something more modern or more alien.

In both dreams and DMT trips, I don't think I've ever been lucid enough to take control of the experience. I've had a few wonderful moments of clarity where I become fully aware that I'm in a dream or a trip. But it's brief and quickly forgotten.

I have experienced an encounter with the greys where what began as a breakthrough experience ended in a 'nada' where I was surrounded by around 5 or 6 of these beings all looking down at me as if I was in a bed / surgical table... When I woke from the nada I was extremely ill... Diarrhoea, vomiting and flu like symptoms... This lasted a few days where I was bed bound with sickness only to have a extremely scary visit ( sober ) of my bedroom door opening and a small green man walked in ... I was struck with fear at first until this being spoke to me telepathically and told me " do not fear, I am here to fix you " ... Once the message was received the next thing I knew I passed out and woke the following morning free from my sickness ... I believe the greys intervened with me as I became a true explorer of the realm and learnt how to guide myself within it... The trip before my experience with the greys I was in what seemed to be only what I can describe as a bridge over an abyss within a computer like control centre, as.i approached the mainframe unit at the end of the bridge I remember looking at the machine and saying to myself "that's not right" and proceeded to readjust the circuitry within it to what I believe was correcting the contraptions fault... Definitely one of my most intense and profound experiences with the molecule... Definitely would advise anyone who has learnt this ability the also learn how to hide oneself and not flat yourself as this will cause a lot of attention onto your presence ... Not everything as those who know , know is safe to fully let yourself be open in these places... I am a Andean paqo and a practising warlock which I believe is a big key factor in learning to protect, cloak and be in control when in and out of the realms... Scary shit tbh

It's awesome you ask this right after asking about the ability to look around. My friend and I were talking about the Chase Hughes suspended DMT story where he describes being on an operating table. I think the story is probably a bit extrapolated and it's possible there was just a felt sense of a body? Super interesting story nonetheless.

It's unfortunate how focused folks are on phenomenon though. The most valuable part of my experience has been learning to relax into awareness and not solidify/contract around the content that's arising

I once encountered a curious group of entities, whose faces and body faces I could not clearly see:

I felt like I was wearing a motorcycle helmet with the visor pulled down. Two abstract figures filled with childish curiosity pressed their "faces" up against the visor to get a good look at me. The more curious one passed through the visor like a ghost, and pressed their face into my eye socket and cheekbone. A moment later, they had "ghosted" themselves partially into the left side of my face to get a really good look at what I am....

A chorus of voices asked "Is it OK if we examine you?" "Can we examine you?" "Do you mind if we examine you?" I replied, "I don't mind, as long as you don't injure or harm any of my internal organs." "Oh – OK." "OK!" "OK."

The most interesting part was that I actually *felt* a pressure on my eye socket as if something was really there, touching me. The entire time, I was aware of my body, and that I was lying in bed. I was not able to "turn around" during the experience or shift my perspective to see the others in the group. Shortly after the chorus of voices assured me they'd do no harm, I entered another dream where I entered an old Chinese tea house in an ancient village, and was shoed away by the grouchy owner, who said he needed his "space."

I've had this experience 5 years ago with a very high dose of mushrooms from 3 feline beings related to ancient egypt which told me that I'm part of their civilisation, it was in first person and I could feel a ray of light being sent at the top of my head then felt as if hands were passing through my physical body to the areas that needed "healing". 1 year later I had a friend of mine that had no experience with psychedelics that took 3g of dried mushrooms with me and had no spiritual knowledge who had the exact same 3 entities operate his brain by shooting a ray of light that unblocked some trauma. Lately they use my wife as a vessel during psychedelics to operate in parts of my body that needs healing in a more efficient manner, she get in a trance state and intuitively put her hands without any physical touch on top of "random areas" in my body with my eyes closed, I'll then feel strong emotions raising from that place to the heart to get released, once everything is released I feel the energy flowing freely and raising to the top of my head before getting an explosion of energy that radiates to the rest of the body which unlocks a state where I can consciously travel through timeline in the past/present and future with my non-human form and kind of seal some timelines that parasitic beings use to feed of my energy, I can also travel with my consciousness to where my civilisation is and interact with them.

Well, it's the whole ''looking around in hyperspace' that has me thinking about this. I tried again this morning to move my point of view, and still no luck in getting anythign going. But since there are so many 'surgeon entity' trip reports out there, I am curious to know what P.O.V. peole have in these experiences.
And I 100% agree, over time, the experience has moved from ''what did I see', to ''how did I get there, what 'me' remains in the experience, how do I allow it to happen, to relax into it, how does the transition happen, and how do I come back with the most intact experience possible? Awesome report! thanks. Question: When you say you felt a pressure on your eye socket, was it a somatic feeling? As in, did it feel like it was happening to your body, sitting on the sofa or wherever you left it? Or did it feel like a ''energetic / spectral'' (whatever word you prefer...) body? I sometimes remain aware of having a body, even if it feels like I left it chilling somwhere temporarily, and sometimes I cannot feel/remember/conceive or having or ever having had a body. SO when you say you remained aware of your body on the sofa, you mean your baseline/physical body? Or your DMT ''proprioception? (holy shit, re-reading this is beyond woo woo...but I have no other words! ahaha) When they Ghosted into your left side, were they in your whole body, just int he head/face? Could you feel them in there?
When you look back on the epxerience, is there a physical memory that you carry from it? Has it lingered in the body, or maybe even the emotions?

Question: the 'hands' you felt were passing through your physical body,, do you mean your body sitting on the sofa, or the representation of the physical body you carried with you in the trip? thanks for the 1st person P.O.V. statement. When you felt the ray of light sent at the top of the head, could you see it, or just feel it? I mean, how did you perceive the top of your head? was it felt in your physical body on the sofa, or felt in an 'astral' form? Sometime I get 360 visions, and am only 'aware' of up, down, lef, right as concepts, not as directions, was the top of your head felt like that, of in some other way?
And of course, more important, when you travel with your conciousness, how do you initiate that? Do you 'intend' the direction, do you mimic physical movement in your head? do you move through the environment, or do you move the environment around you somehow? Is there a particular part of your astral body that you 'lead' with? Head first, heart first, are you walking, floating? And can you intentionally change or alter the direction of travel at will? It began with a visual of the greys looking down at me through my vision and before the Nada began there was a vision of myself as around a band of colour which lasted literally a millisecond!
May I ask the purpose of the enquiry you posted? Are you writing something or is it just for personal curiosity? Intrigued with the questions

Well, I have recently finished scanning over 30 years of reports, and as I analyze them, there are some patterns and ideas that keep surfacing. things I would not necessarily have noticed without parsing it all, without AI to help me make sense of all the texts and drawings. One of the themes that seems unresolved, and on which I am working on in my daily DMT sessions is one of mobility, or movement in the space. people widely report the ability to move around in lucid dreams, or OBEs, but rarely if ever in the DMT space. There seems to be a phenomenological difference. A 'me' that is there in dreams, but not in the DMT space. Why is that? Where does or body image go, and what replaces it? So that made me curious about the sense of agency we have in the space. What 'me' is in there? it's not a 'me' like in dreams, based around a body image. In DMT world, I seem to be a point of conciousness, and nothing else, Like I have on the most convincing VR headset of all time, but the motion tracking has been turned off! There is no control interface of any kind. Almost as if we were purely passengers in the experience. I want to work on being a pilot, if that is at all possibe.
I have been trying every day this last week, and I will continue for some time to come, to try and 'move' in there, according to my will. It seems that the physical connection to perception is offline, and that attention itself seems to be the only control variable. So Iam working on that control layer. Either to move 'myself' through the space, or conversely, to 'move' the space around me. I'll take either or!
Since I have read many reports here, and on erowid etc about people having surgeon entity type encounters, it got me thinking: if people have these experiences, how are 'they' percieving them? That's why I am asking. How do they 'know' they were being operated on? COuld they 'see' it happening, like organs and skin flying about, or was it 'felt' as pain or movement in the physical body left on the sofa back in base realiyty? Was there a body? Seen, felt, or embodied in some way? So your description of a band of colour is very interesting.
And yes, I am also working on a book, and when it comes to these subjects, I am glad to get the points of view of other travellers. We don't all have the same experiences in there, so I am eager to hear other people's ideas. I don't doubt anyone's trips, I just have not had one like that in all these years, so I differ to the community. We have much more knowledge together than alone, hidden in our respective basement trip-caves!
I don't know if the admins are good with me naming the book, or telling you all it's available in its embryonic form (needs proper page layout editing and all illustrations to be added) on Amazon kindle for free, but I would love for as many real trippers to read it, and give me honest feedback. Wow I rate that massively... And yes it is definitely achievable to work in the realm and explore it without influence... I use a dab rig and usually use between 0.1 and have done 0.2g also... I can also be a witness and influencer in others 'trips' whilst not using the molecule when using ceremonial steps learnt in the Andean Cosmo vision and sitting with the subject... I truly believe the experience was because I was getting to adventurous in my study of the realm and it's entities as they were trying to find out who or what I was ... If you haven't heard of a Author and Dmt researcher named Dick Khan ( who ironically taught me and showed me the correct extraction methods at the very beginning of my interdimensional journey... id strongly suggest looking into his work and books "DMT and my occult mind"... I think it all comes down to knowledge and understanding of the beings within and working with and against them ... I have a map of the DMT realm designed of sacred geometry and sigils on my body ( all open without borders) which I truly believe made it possible to not be lost in the space as I believe once you feel blown away and give in to the experience other influencers / influences prevent this ability of exploration. Id love to share this map with you for your own use?
