Favorite Tryptamine?

Obviously, the favorite tryptamine of The DMT Nexus is going to be almost ubiquitously DMT. But I am curious as to what other tryptamines the forum user's have tried and enjoyed. I have experience with DMT, psilocybin/psilocin, and bufotenin, so I have a growing interest in others. I have been curious about 5-MeO-DMT for some time, but unfortunately for me that one will have to wait until a reliable plant source is found. I have only heard good things about α-Methyltryptamine, but it is also not easily available in my area.

I'd have a hard time pinning down my favorite tryptamine, but i have reservations about distilling things down to favorites, or absolutes anyway.

I will say out of all the tryptamines i have experience with ( vaporized dmt, acetylpsilocin, oral dmt, mushrooms, 4-ho-met, 4-aco-met, 5-meo-mipt, 5-meo-dalt, lsd, and 4-ho-mipt), i'd say 4-ho-mipt was one that i felt i could draw the most utility out of, and one of my favorite compounds of all time, in the tryptamine arena.

I do have some amt though, and am curious about it from what i've read (alot :lol. Lower doses sound like a really nice mellowed out psych, that has a bit of an empathogenesque aspect to it, and a duration that isn't ridiculous like higher doses of amt is.

Also have some al-lad i'm just itching to taste. From what i've read its one of the better lsd analogues.

I'd say from most favored to least it goes-

4-ho-mipt
acetylpsilocin
lsd
ayahuasca
mushrooms
4-ho/aco-met
5-meo-mipt
vaporized dmt
5-meo-dalt

But i don't pick favorites, ever :lol:

The lysergic acid derivatives are ergolines, not tryptamines, although they contain a tryptamine moiety(they also contain a phenethylamine moiety).

Mushrooms (especially when freshly picked and brewed in the hundreds...truly awesome experiences)

Only read about acetylpsilocin and would love to try it.

AMT ... I did not rate this highly at all
