so first off i will give the run down...

100g bark + 100ml vinager + 100ml HOT water
left for 1 hour
+ 90g lime

left for 45 min

naphtha evaps clean with no smell or residue.

after pulls spice came out white but has turned orange brown up on scraping.
the change occured over night.

dose this indicate a problem? contamination?

bottem line: is it safe to let people smoke?

If it doesn't smell like naphtha at all you should be fine.
