First experience DMT

What kind of instructions are you looking for?
If its in regards to DMT preparation, there are many different "Teks" on the forum, that are created to help beginners perform an extraction.
I would recommend reading through the DMT wiki thoroughly before attempting any extraction for the first time. It can be found here DMT-Nexus Wiki . This will help you gain an understanding of the chemistry involved in extracting alkaloids. I would also recommend reading different areas of the forum, such as the FAQ section of the welcome area. Here you will find beginner questions, and also the problems that others have encountered. Such information is invaluable when starting out.
As you are here, I think you may have some idea of the experience that DMT will induce, but I do recommend reading various trip reports, in order to gain more insight into what you can expect. The experience is not to be taken lightly, and is not regarded as recreational.
