First STB extraction - white & yellow crystals

The vial on the right contains almost pure white snow with a hint of yellow. After reusing the same naphtha and applying some heat for subsequent pulls SWIM obtained the waxier yellow crystals on the left. The crystals were freeze precipitated with a single freezer-countertop-freezer cycle then dried using a furnace vent (hot dry air). SWIM noticed some oily liquid which did not evaporate and may be partly responsible for the yellow color.

SWIM is planning to do a recrystallization by mixing all the spice together with just enough clean, heated naphtha to dissolve everything, then separating the naphtha layer from any impurity layer and freeze-cycling to form thicker crystals. Will the recrystallization help to remove the yellow impurities, or will it just spread them to all the crystals? Is it possible that SWIM applied too much heat & air, forming some N-Oxide which would be inseparable from pure N,N?

The vibrational patterns at 10:20 of the first video are very suggestive of DMT visuals that I have experienced. This would suggest the visual cortex is being activated with high-frequency vibrations and the patterns we see are the stable waveforms that emerge from this activity.

The same phenomenon could extend to consciousness itself. As high-frequency vibrational energy is applied to the complex mass of interconnected neurons responsible for thought and awareness, transcendent structures of incredible complexity would emerge from the fabric of normal consciousness. Once a high enough frequency is reached, a new plane of existence is attained which we call "breaking though".

The other day on a relatively low dose I noticed that I could disrupt the visual patterns in different ways using pure thought. The explanation for this could be that I was adding some additional destabilizing energy to the patterns causing them to shift to a new configuration.

Really amazing stuff. I'm just starting out with this stuff and I feel there's so much to discover.

VM+P Is the purest Naptha from what I have just read, but on a DXM forum not DMT but I would assume the same for the DMT:

"Naphtha- This is a petroleum product professionaly used by woodworkers as a solvent and is an ingredient in lighter fluid. If there is a paint store near you, go there and buy VM&P Naphtha (Varnish Maker's & Painters). This is pure naphtha, and the best product to use. Zippo or Ronsonol lighter fluid also may be used, but they both contain other levels of petroleum which may cause your finished product to taste like lighter fluid which can stay with you throughout your trip. It's very nasty."

In that case go for VM&P if you can. SWIM didn't notice any residues with the Ronsonol, although it's possible it took longer to dry the crystals than it would have taken using VM&P.

I was thinking along the same lines..that the liquid in pineal vibrates at a frequency that allows access to the higher dimensions. Trippy stuff it is. A few more days until SWIM gets his MHRB.. LHM

So SWIM couldnt find lye, but found a product called ro-tyme crystal drain opener. It says its contains sodium hydroxide, but among the product which consists mostly of fine white crystals, there a some larger crystals that are a shade of grey. Does anyone know what this is? and will SWIMS batch be effected by it?

Difficult to say.. but keep in mind that any water-soluble components will stay in the water/bark/lye and will not be transferred to the naphtha. It's slightly worrying that the percentage of NaOH is not stated (is it 99%, or 50%?)

FWIW I found lye at a shop specializing in soap-making supplies, with a stated purity of 99% NaOH.

It does not say anything in regards to percentages. The only thing it says is in the first aid treatment section: Contains Sodium Hydoxide, if swallowed call a poison control center....

Like I said, try a soap-making supplier.. for example if you live on the west coast, cranberrylane.com has a retail store which sells lye (but they will not ship it of course)

that is a shitload of naoh tbh.

SWIM buys his in little 200g tubs, simply marked B&Q own brand drain cleaner. if you look on the back, it says its 100% NaOH.
