Hard to see in that photo. Assuming that you have just Naphtha pulled DMT, they could be floating Crystals starting to form.

Crystals of DMT can also form at the upper surface of the naphtha and stay stuck to the layer of surface tension, as well as remaining suspended in the body of liquid.
