Hi . In order to extend my Spice trip´s I get some Caapi and some Syrian Rue seeds. In a near future I expect to extract the alkaloids from them, but at the moment I want to know if is possible(and how to do it) to make a tea or what is the best ingestion rute without taking out the alkaloids.
The other question is what is the best method of preserving the DMT? Leting it in the MHRB powder or in his FB state? As far as I know making some salt is the best method,but I already have FB and the plant material. I will apreciete any help! TKS

Greetings everyone,

I've been a long time reader of this forum but I've never been registered to post before. I've been fascinated by all the stories and trip reports from everyone here and the epiphanies and breakthroughs you all have had while on DMT.

SWIM has never tried any psychedelics before, and has been told many times to avoid DMT because of it's immense potency; That this is something not to be taken lightly. Although SWIM is a bit hesitant of the fact that he has no experience, he understands and respects this substance.

SWIM recently got a hold of some freebase DMT and was planning to jump into the void with a friend, and a sitter in about 2 weeks. This is something SWIM really wants to experience, and hopes to learn more about himself and the universe he is a part of.

What I'm asking on behalf of SWIM is: How can he smoke this DMT properly to get the most out of it? What should he do to prepare before the trip, and what should he expect to find in the void?

performed a simple stb extraction i found on drugs-forum.com it goes like this...

i followed all the steps and i got very dark red/brown naphtha, the first pull of naphtha was kinda yellowish but the 2,3,4 pulls were dark as fuck. i gave it a sodium carbonate wash and it did help to reduce the color and lighten it, it looked honey/amber/orange when i placed it in the freezer. did i fuck up the process or what the fuck did i do? ive done dmt extractions before and it never came out like that. i used powdered mhrb. can someone please help me or shed some light on this shit? what can i do to solve this problem? i just need help asap i dont know what to do and im afraid ive fucked it all up

this is what my shit looked like, i have already placed it in the freezer since last night at around 9 pm.

yea i know, the only shit i dumped was the gunk/goo that was left at the bottom of the jugs once i performed the sodium carbonate wash....i only performed 2 washes tho cuz i didnt know you could do more washes. someone with extensive knowledge with this shit help me out please

Man can anyone please help me? i think i performed the sodium carb wash wrong....i mixed about .5 g of sodium carbonate and about 50 mls of water, i squirted that into the naphtha and shook for about a minute and then afterwards i poured the naptha onto a new jug, at the very end of the jug that the naphtha was in in the first place there was orange gunk i threw that out and repeated the process 2 times. then i poured a bit of cold tap water in the naphtha and decanted that and thats how i ended up with the orange/amber naphtha. its been in the freezer for 15-16 hrs and the naphtha is now a light orangeish color and theres a lot of dark sediment at the bottom, what the fuck do i do please please please help. how do i do a sodium carbonate wash? and what should i do to fix this.....is this even fixable or just plain fucked.....please help im very worried

You probably should not have disposed of anything....

I't sounds like you have an emulsion of tap water and naptha...(water and naptha seperate properly only if the water is basic. you may have to either evaporate everything and add naptha again or re basify and start back at the begining again..

The sodium carbonate wash was to be performed on the finished product ,... not addded to the naptha.

EDIT: the acidity of the tap water may have converted your freebase spice into some kind of salted spice...so a re-base may be in order.

Kay well the tek instructed me mix in a jar hot tap water, and sodium carbonate. squirted like 25-50 mls of the solution into the naphtha, shook for a couple secs, decanted. repeated this shit one more time for a total of 2 'washes'. performed one final wash by adding just a tiny bit of cold tap water to naphtha, shook for a couple of secs and decanted that quickly so the water would not ionize the dmt, an orange dark layer was left at the bottom i got rid of that and kept all the naphtha. placed the naphtha jug in the freezer and the amber orange naphtha has now turned very light, with a very dark layer at the bottom....what the fuck could that be and have i fucked up?

Ha, well the naphtha turned yellow after being placed in the freezer for like 18 hours. the jug went in the freezer lookin cloudy and orange/honey. kinda looked like raw apple cider....all cloudy and honey colored. anyway, when i pulled the jug out the freezer, the bottom was all dark and brown looks like mud. and theres definitely crystals in that gunk mud shit, how do i clean that shit out? i dont wanna throw it. it literally looks like mud but theres lil crystals. should i run it thru a coffee filter thats been placed in a makeshift 2 liter coke bottle top funnel and dry the xtals? Wish i could post pics but the phone wont let me

Ive performed dmt extractions before, but not like this...i used to perform the tryptotek dmt tek. it used about 100 gs mimosa, this tek i used called for a whole pound of mimosa....didnt think it would be complicated cuz like i said ive done extractions before and i never saw dark naphtha....anyway the mud/gunk was full of crystals. i poured the mud containing crystals in several coffee filters and squeezed alll the liquid out. i was then left with a peanut butter lookin paste that i let air dry for an hour and placed back in the freezer for the night. tomorrow im planning on drying it more and choppin it up finely, im sure the paste is dmt but its dirty....so my question is, how do i recrystallize and what are the measurements (how many mls of naphtha do i use) i have an idea on how to recrystallize...from what i read and understood all i do is heat some naphtha up in a hot water bath, have a shot glass with a grams worth of dmt and pour the warm naphtha until it covers the dmt? then what do i do? do i stir

do i stir and mix the warm naphtha with the dmt in the shot glass? or will the warm naphtha dissolve the brown dmt? and then afterwards what do i do? retrieve the top clear naphtha layer and dump the nasty brown stuff? nexus community thank you so far for at least givin me some input, please help me out on this re-x thing as ive never done a re-x since with the tryptotek tek i always ended up with white/off white dmt. again thank you so much for your help, any help is greatly appreciated. also anyone know why the naphtha was all dark at first? i was reading that people have the same problem i have if using powdered mhrb, also i shook the jugs violently. maybe the naphtha pulled some of the colors/tannins from the bark? one last question, depending on my yield from this tek ive been lookin for a new relatively easy stb tek. im lookin for somethin that can be done in a day, uses a pound of mhrb, and has alright yields...and by alright i mean like getting anywhere from 5-7 gs outta one pound mhrb. so can anyone

So can anyone show me any teks that will meet my needs? (i need a stb tek thats fairly easy, uses one pound mhrb, can be completed in a day or less) cuz i kinda dont wanna go thru this dark naphtha bull$hit again, granted all it took to fix this problem was to stick the naphtha in the freezer and voila the naphtha turned yellow, like piss. a lot more clearer than what it was, as it used to look honey/orange. sorry for postin several replies as well, my phone wont let me type more than several hundred words so i have to start a new reply...also thanks again for your help
