Hallo!
Here is the deal. My best friend doesn´t wanna do Ayahuasca with me outta respect for it but he says he would really like to try some Spice. So i thought it would be nice (since he is sitting for me in both my Aya rituals) to prepare a nice blend of Changa for him :D the thing is having never done it myself it´s kinda hard to choose between so many possible admixtures.
So any advice in what herbs i should include to make a Changa mix for him and what proportions should i use?
Thanks in advance
Rig

Check out changa in the wiki, there's a nice article there on different changa herbs. I'd say go with either what you got, or what you want. See which herbs suit the type of experience you want your friend to have, and then mix. There's also a GREAT thread in the changa part of the forums ("Send in Your Changa Blends!" ) which covers a wide variety of different recipes.

Personally, I'm a big fan of a version of the blend Electric Sheep, in which I use 5x caapi: pau d'arco :jimjam in a 1:1:2 ratio. This makes for a gentle and STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL experience.

Can't go wrong with some pau d'arco in the mix adds a nice and pleasant effect

Caapi leaf and DMT 1:1
For first time changa use, I think this is the way to go.
It's fun to experiment the further you get into changa, but start it out simple.

Caapi wil treat you well.

Ok u guys... I think i will make the Caapi/DMT blend first and then we will see. :d
One more thing anyone knows one good site based on Europe where i can find some Mugwort and Mullein? I seem to only be able to find them in USA-based sites and shipping it here is soooo expensive  I really wanted to get some of thoose in stock as everybody seems to do really well with them!
