Hello everyone,

I'm a new member from somewhere in India and I've been lurking these forums for quite a while before deciding to join. I've noticed a much higher level of maturity and quality in the discussions on this forum and along with a keen interest in altered states of the mind (initially out of curiosity that has now progressed to a spiritual interest) have found this forum the ideal place to further my knowledge.

As far as entheogenic experience goes, I consider myself fairly experienced with a few substances.

I've grown up in a pretty protected environment and as such my attitude towards drugs and the likes was very mainstream and anti-drug. My first ever "drug" experience (not including alcohol or cigarettes) was LSD. And that first experience was something of an eye opener, and like many others before myself, completely turned my world upside down and changed the way I perceived the world around me. Fortunately or unfortunately as has been said that, "Once that door is opened, it can never be shut again."

As of today, I have partaken of LSD around 10 times, smoked a lot of weed and hash(you get some of the most amazing hash in India along with weed ranging from brick type to the occasional dank quality), eaten mushrooms a few times, smoked some amazing opium from Rajasthan, some decent MDMA and also tried M-Cat which seems to be the craze sweeping India atm.

Never had an opportunity to partake in the ritual of the sacrad Spice or any other form of DMT so far.

Looking forward to learning more about it and myself and meeting some fantastic people on this forum.

Hey OrbitalSpace89. Welcome to the Nexus. I actually am half indian and grew up in bombay for the most part. I'm in the US now but I really miss India and my Indian tripper friends. My journey of consciousness exploration started there and it's very close to my heart.
Indeed Indian hash is amazing. I dream of manali and the perfumy aroma and chocolaty taste. Interestingly enough i've heard that spice is making the rounds in India as well and is becoming quite a bit more common. I've also heard of some people making changa there as well.

@Poads:- With blessings and good vibes from you, I'm sure it's just a matter of time. Previous experience has shown me that chasing after something of this order is usually in vain and We receive what we need rather than want, when we are ready for it.

@Cognitive Heart:- As of now, I've only tried M-Cat (which is street slang for Mephedrone) once and that too a small quantity of it. As far as its effects go, I am told it is similar in nature to cocaine but maybe not as 'in your face'. I find MDMA to give an overall better feel with the euphoria for example. Even with the small quantity ingested, I experienced quite the crash with M-Cat.
