Its a delicate subject but i wanted to make a place here 4 anyone that needs help unpacking thingz.


I lost my lil bro 2 suicide. Im not the same.

I'm so sorry for your loss...It's always hard, but especially so with a brother, I imagine...I can't even fathom what losing my own brother would do to me. Stay strong, sending you love

As I’ve shared previously on this forum, The Wild Edge of Sorrow by Francis Weller, is an excellent book on the topic of grief that I can recommend.
