Harmalas 2-1-1 for full MAOI. Why?

I found on YouTube (Gordo Tek Click here to see his video on YouTube ), explaining the process to use DMT properly with harmalas, and on his video he recommends 2-1-1 (THH, harmine, harmaline proportions), but he doesn't explain why and/or at least how to obtain this respective proportions from caapi and rue.

Any body here can help me to answer me these questions? Thanks in advance.
