Yes, indeed. This is a great way to achieve a breakthrough. Switching up smoking/vaping methods can sometimes make a world of a difference, IME.
I smoked spice for probably a month or so (or more, hard to recall) before accidentally breaking through the first time. I kept wondering what I was doing wrong... it seems about 90% of the time it boils down to technique. Of course, some people are "hardheads" when it comes to psychedelics and require a bit more than the average person to blast off. But that 200-300mg would be taking overkill to the next level even for a "hardhead."
Edit: It should also be noted that the term "breakthrough" is rather subjective to each individual user. A deeply profound and powerful experience is how I define "breakthrough" ...a lot of the time, I still have my wits about me during a breakthrough, I am just no longer present in this world for the most part. It can vary wildly from trip to trip. Sometimes I am so far gone that my entire reality has been replaced and there is no memory of this reality for the duration of the experience while other times I am still in my room as everything changes around me but I am still able to hold onto that sense of "self" ... All amazingly powerful, yet different in almost every journey.

from what i have read, i defined a BT as being unconscious. i have yet to go unconscious. but i am as you said, still have my wits and still here. i can open my eyes get up whatever.
