Hi Krusty,
Yes, during several of my earliest "breakthrough" experiences, I found myself in what I described as a sacred festival ground. It was kind of a darkish place, with a few dimly lit, rainbow-colored circus tents. Outside one of the tents sat two wizardly looking "men", and they both had DMT pipes. The message I felt them convey was basically, "Good to see you...this is wacky stuff...glad you're here". I was only there for a short time but it felt like a very long time, and I was connected with my body during all but the peak of the experience; it was like a domed space right above my head, and at the end of it a hand poured me back down into my body.
I connect this festival ground with "being home", that's the best answer I have for your question. Have you checked out any of the discussions on clowns/jesters that commonly appear in Spice journeys? First link has some jester discussion at the end of it, second link discusses the origin of clowns, hope this helps.
