Help! what to do with this liquid

Swim has recently used the percolator column method with hot water using 3 grams of powdered MHRB. There are 5 liters of this red brown liquid and instead of boiling for hours swim thought he could get a head start by evaporating putting tin foil over the top with holes in the top. So my question is, will the light and heat from being left outside to evaporate destroy the tea?
 
No, the tea will not be destroyed.
But while boiling may take hours, a passive evap of that much liquid may take days, if not a week.
 
swim will be boiling tonight but wants to evaporate as much as he can before this, just cause why not. thank you for helping me though
 
The extent of the headstart you will get might not be worth it.
It will probably be the equivilaet of a couple minutes under a boil.
For sanitary reasons, you might as well just stick it in the fridge until tonight.
