How did I get here?

Hi Everyone.
I am a normal person, I work, I have a family, and I have a really nice life.
I have never been a religious person, but I believe in knowing right from wrong.
Anyone who needs a book to know the difference, is worth worrying about haha.
The reason I have been interested in this is because someone very close to me had an experience, and I could not believe what he was telling me.
He told me he went to another place. I knew he was not lying to me.
Ever since he told me,( over 18 months ago) I have wondered, wondered what it was. So after researching it and reading, watching videos about it I eventually was in a position to try it.
The moment the experience began I was like "Oh yeah" I here again.
"Oh my goodness, ah yes I remember."
"Why Thankyou ever so much".
I could not believe it, it was like its all happened before.
It was all too familiar.
So familiar but yet so crazy and beautiful.
So do I ask question about what I experienced?
It's like I have always known, I have always known?
It was there right in front of me.
All I can say is WOW and once again.

Thanks For the reply.
I will be going back at some point and I have took what you have said onboard.
I will most likely be making some changa.
From what I have read it seems to be the way forward.
I will keep on thinking and contemplating on what I experienced until I feel the need to go back.
I think I will also decide on a preparation technique before I set off again.
My 2 journeys have been more of a "dare I, dare I, oh here goes" approach.

Most of us here are perfectly normal, by surface appearances. We have jobs, classes, families, hobbies, interests, etc. It's just we tend to get a bit obssessed at times about things like growing plants at home, entheogenic extractions, psychedelic and/or entheogenic experiences showing us "the other world," as I like to call it.

Your beautiful descriptions resonate with so many of us. So many of us felt the Ah ha, I am back home moment. In particular for those of us who for various reasons, such as age or loss, can never go back "home" in reality. And yes, the art aesthetic of the DMT molecule appears to just be off the charts.

This forum has been awesome for me, and I was only accepted as a member just a short while ago, some members have been coming here for years, like Pandora. She is a wealth of knowledge and sincerity, and will help you like a lot of the other members will.

Not to go off on a tangent(like I never do ), but I find it fascinating that this forum only attracts the best people. That is more the exception then the rule, I digress, but of the intros that have been posted since I first stumbled onto the Nexus last week, the new visitors have been pleasant, intelligent, caring, understanding, and thoroughly overjoyed to be here.

That says a lot about the awesome capabilities of the collective consciousness of this forum, it's admin, and the population of members here. They only want a place where liberty can be explored, wise counsel offered, judgement not passed, and charitable friendship guaranteed without hope for personal gain. These virtues only call to those that exhibit the selfsame feelings. I am convinced. If only the world's religions allowed such freedom, true harmony would not only exist, but would flourish.

I hope your journey through the Nexus finds you with the questions you seek answers to. They will definitely be answered here. The caveat is that the amount of information you discover will be mind boggling!

Why Thankyou all for such a warm welcome.

I am really glad and happy to be here.
Ever since I have had these few experiences I have found my perception has changed somewhat.
I look at things in a slightly different way.
For some reason the sky seems brighter and that little bit more beautiful than usual.
I find myself a little more considerate and think a lot more about my actions.
It's almost though someone has hit the reset button on my view of the world.

I have since spoken to the person who originally told me of their "experience" and after I explained what happened in my journey I got a "I told you so".

Well I have to say it was the best "Told you so" I have had in my life.Haha
