How fine the MHRB powder shold be?

How fine the MHRB powder should be in AB and STB?

Buying prepowdered one is not an option to SWIM,
because of the custom inspectors...

Just cutting shredded MHRB into small pieces using scissors for gardening takes hours,
like 6 hours /100gram, it practically takes a week...

Then SWIM puts it in a grinder, but it's for coffee beans,
and the fibrous hard woodchips won't go through it easily..


I guess AB requires finer material than STB, but how fine it should be?
Does it really have to be "powder" ?
Small chips like 1mm * 2mm are not allowed?

Help from experienced gurus needed !

Buy why can you import shredded but not powdered? That doesn't make much sense.

i recommend garden sheers to cut it up..or use your hands to break it into small pieces..you can do 100g in about 10-20 minutes this way..and once its small enough you can put it in the coffee grinder..but make sure you dont put too much because it wont work...then grind the piss out of it!

but shredded barks are more difficult for the inspectors & X-ray scanners to intercept.

What kind of grinder do you recommend?

SWIM's cost him $150,but whenever he puts a large chip it freezes.
Once it freezes, he has to remove screws and take the grinder apart...
And this happens too often with MHRB.

So he has to cut it into smaller chips,
This may be the reason why MHRB processing takes so many hours for him.

Either he is too obsessive with cutting or he should buy another grinder,
I don't know..

How small is you chips before you put it in the grinder?

Ive found the best is to pre-break mimosa in two ways before grinding: peeling it in thinner layers with the hand, and then cutting in smaller squares.. If they are too thick, it doesnt work, and if its too long layers they wrap around the blade and freeze it.

do the best you can, no need to be obsessive.. if its not very powdered, do a BLAB tek with very long vinegar soak and very high pH later on, and it should work fine

but seriously, I read if you have larger chips you can freeze/thaw a few times to break it down, and let it soak in your base for loger.

But it's still clogging his grinder and he'll probably switch to BLAB...
He doesn't care the yield anymore, wants it fast.

So perhaps this question ought to be posted in STB caegory
but if you don't mind,
how fine the bark for BLAB should be?
Without a grinder and just peel & cut, is this acceptable in BLAB?

I am using a cheap electrical coffee grinder, works like a charm for MHRB. Just be cautious of the pink dust that will flow in the air when you open the grinder, it is not good at all to inhale or get in your eyes!

It's not illegal but in a gray zone where I live,
they 'll intercept it if they find it.
Then, they register your name and address to thier list and
from that on your parcels/envelopes will be watched more carefully.

Dye is legal, but they may not think that it's dye,
almost everything is opend(CD,DVD,doll,teddybear, whatever) expecially if it's from Holland.....

Cactus powder was intercepted(not me just heard from a guy, but they opend it,
brought to thier lab,found some alkaloids then it was confiscated),
a package of Cebil seeds was opend and they seemed to have picked one seed
to see if it's really a seed LOL.... packeage was cut...

That's how things go here....
And that's why I am a bit more cautious than Americans,
don't call me a paranoia
