How to use mhrb and caapi ultrasonic paste ?

Hey, users i want to know how can i use mhrb and ultrasonic caapi paste as my main concern is that i have to extract dmt from mhrb or i can directly use with harmala or caapi

You can use it directly, but it can be very nauseating and may upset your stomach. Pure DMT is better.
