I have access to a portal
A portal of light
It glows against the blackness of the night
I approach it like it contains pieces of me
I reach out to touch it
And many different colored lights form images
Images of places around the world
People of all walks of life, previously hidden to my consciousness
I feel like I understand the more about the world
And the universe the more I look into it
But, something is missing.
I don't feel any of it.
There are no vibes.
When I step away, I feel as if I have lost a piece of myself.
The energy is purely informational
Engaging with the rational brain
A mesmerizing display of lights,
But a cold glow of electricity it is
Have I been looking through the wrong portal?
