I can strongly recommend some physical activities, such as cycling, running or ballgames. If you are in good shape physically(quitting smoking is important, too) I think it's much less likely that you are going to get any negative side effects. If the headache is due to smoking, I would not smoke for at least couple weeks to remove some of the toxins. Maybe some purifying tea would be good.
Drinking lots of liquids isn't too good idea, instead one should use moderations, such as one cup for one hour during the session(before and after vaporizing).
