Will do nicely until one can come up with the money for one or if you don't want equipment lying around.
$80 is the cheapest for a 1000ml. This cost me $8. Sometimes I can't bring myself to buy something that is really so simple in construction. That and the wait for delivery from ebay.

They can be had cheaper if you wait until someone wants to get rid of a used one (someone meaning not a chemical supply company).
The larger ones are kind of useless anyways, a/b teks are old & with stb or hybrid teks the initial extraction is no good in a large sep funnel.
The basic material sticks to the sides & gets in the solvent pulls.
Smaller ones, say 250-500ml, are nice for washing solvent & cleaning up spice or mescaline, etc.
Yours looks to be a nicely done, cheap version though & i like the enginuity & rescoursefulness that went into making it :thumb_up:
