So I finally tried mt own. It wasn’t huge and I’m on ssri so just enjoying what I can enjoy
I got to the stage where everting is a box and vibrated
I’m done for 30 now and my body is still vibrating from the inside. That’s the best explanation I have. No mussel issue , bp normal to low, heart 102 steady. No other weird symptoms like fever
So. Internets says it may be my nervous system overloaded which feels like what this could be. But I’d love other thoughts. Thanks!
Follow up. How far into a full experience is that square world of eyes open. ?
