Is it normal to melt?

Just curious if anyone else's body melts during a dmt trip. I made my friend hold my hand during our last trip - not easy to do when one's hands are melting. My friend experienced it too. It's not always hands. Most of the time something on me is melting. Or maybe dissolving. Idk.
Anyone else?

It's pretty commonly talked about. Not just your own body but literally everything can seem like it's melting or dissolving on low doses or before breaking through. Reality altogether melts and then forget you even have a body. The room melting as you're taking in the hits is common before breaking through.

I used Acacia confusa goo once and melted with synesthesia crossing my smell with touch. It was like melting into or becoming the goo from synesthesia which crossed the taste and texture with touch. I also expanded into a universe of melt
