Is this naptha?

im from the uk where there doesnt appear to be an abundance of this vm+p naptha, i was wondering if anyone has used this and if it will work efficiently? if thats basically lighter fluid and it doesn't leave a residue after an evap test then you should be ok... (just make sure it doesn't have a green/blue tint)

swim says he's used that same stuff quite a few times with no prob, but has moved over to winsor and newton artist's white spirit at the advice of a friend. going to try limonene next time though
