Jungle Extraction: Xylene or Toulene?

As most people already know, the way to extract jungle spice (mystery alkaloid) is to use xylene or toulene on exhausted MHRB solutions ....... or with ether on MHRB solutions that have not been exhausted with naptha. Since SWIM always uses naptha first, xylene of toulene is ideal.

So here is my question: Is is more beneficial to use xylene or toulene?

SWIM has heard about and seen pics floating around the net of Jungle Spice that comes out to a red waxy crayon like consistency.

So is it better to use xylene or toulene to come up with a more solid product that is not oil?

So far SWIM has evapped xylene twice, and both times oil was produced after evap.

So SWIM is not sure whether the solvent makes a difference, or it takes some kind of other steps to form a more solid waxy product that is not oil.

Oil always works of course, but cannot be weighed without sophisticated stuff, which most dont have.

SWIMs goal is to have some red crayola stuff.

While SWIM has actually never used or even possessed toluene simply for the reason that a gallon of xylene lasts SO LONG, he knows a lot about "jungle DMT" or just jungle. As far as SWIM knows they will all do the same job, d-limonene and xylene seem to work almost identically, toluene should be close.

Blatantly the evaporation of xylene, toluene or d-limonene is a terrible idea and as long as MHRB is the extracted substance it need not be done at all.
Reason being: All 3 solvents are solvents for much more than just jungle but also for some other gunk in the MHRB that just so happens to dissolve in them.

Because of that when the solvent is evaporated you are getting 3 things:
1.DMT and/or jungle DMT
2.Some red junk, probably plant oils
3:Any possible impurities in the solvent

Sound like something you want to smoke??

A simple and quick way to extract ONLY the DMT (jungle or white) is to salt out using an acid.

Now it would be redundant to type out the process in this reply, all the information is found in Q21Q21's tek in my signature under "Acid Wash/Salting"

The advantages are that it can be done in as little as 1 hour instead of weeks/months. The solvent is not wasted but continually re-used and it yields an extremely pure product.



As far as the crayola-stuff is concerned. SWIM has never seen true jungle or even full-alkaloid jimjam which was pure and solid. It seems that fumurate-to-freebase can produce solid jimjam freebase but SWIM is skeptical of the purity...

SWIM's jungle is always gooey and though it can be dried out with heat, but it very quickly absorbs moisture from the air and becomes gooey again. He's twice attempted to manually crystallize it but it only seemed to thicken slightly, then become a goo again.

If you are searching for a method to yield pure and solid jungle DMT then SWIM doesn't have one.

But pure jungle is easy to yield and distinctly different than white DMT. SWIM's jungle is dissolved in vinegar at 110mg per milliliter and he evaporates a few drops (4.6mg per drop) when he wants to smoke it and if he wants to use it for pharma he does the same but without evaporating it. The purity is amazing since you can filter it unlike solid products.
