That stuff is powerful. So much so that I could only take it sublingually or orally. 10-20mg up the nose produced unpleasant effects very quickly that matched up with what I read is produced by too high of a dose.
Plus they are CHEAP compared to most Kanna vendors, but their stuff is good, fermented (no mistaking that) and apparently pretty fresh.
I've personally stopped Kanna, as it gave me some bad side effects similar to SSRI's I've taken in the past (anger, rage, extreme acute depression)...but I hope it works better for you.
