Could this be done with good old poppy straw

I imagine fumaric acid was tried at some point to precipitate DMT from ethyl acetate, but I'm not being able to find it. Does anyone know if DMT fumarate is soluble in EA?

Can confrim a dry tek with calcium hydroxide and dry acetone will precipitate dmt oxalate.
Issue here is very fine crystals which makes it hard to filter.
