Hm, nice. My friend has a full set of variously coloured glasses, for therapeutic and diagnostic use - or goofing around at his place of a weekend.
No shure ...but colored glasses might also have an effect on your ;;;closed eye visions ;;; ..if your opening then closing your eyes while wearing them while tripping ?
ive read that red lensed glasses creates a warm sence of calm ...a relaxation color for the brain...

It reminds me of an apocryphal story (usually told by old people who claim some uncle of theirs did it long ago) about a man who put green glasses to his donkey so the donkey would eat sawdust thinking it was grass
