Magic bowl piece, 1 hit breakthrough everytime

Hey guys been a while.
So recently my girlfriend decided we were gonna use her weed bowl instead of my bowl piece for DMT. She's usually a 40-50mg person for a breakthrough so 30mg is a lower dose for her, for me 30mg is enough to break me through easy, so I loaded her up a 30mg dose. 1 hit was all it took.
She was instantly sent, open eyed breakthrough and everything. Apparently this bowl piece is perfect for vaporizing DMT perfectly all in one hit and I don't understand how or why

We decided to try some of my changa out of it and my recent changa batch was not as strong as I would have liked it to be because my ratio was off, for reference I've tried to breakthrough on it multiple times, even adding extra DMT into the changa bowl to get me there and it never worked. (My changa is a 3:2:1 ratio) I loaded up a bowl of my changa curious to see how it would be out of this bowl and I took 1 hit, a small hit (or so I thought). WOW. I was instantly sent out of my room open eyed breakthrough and everything, seeing my room turn into a gorgeous white and gold cathedral and I don't remember much after that but I was shocked. I don't even remember handing the bong off to her or exhaling. It's been a long time since I've had a breakthrough that intense but Im so glad this bowl piece accidentally gave me that experience because I have a hard time pushing myself to breakthrough intentionally She also took a hit after me, probably same size and was also launched instantly into a breakthrough.

All I got a say is this thing is magic! It's an essential part of my collection now. I'd say it works better than my vaporgenie honestly.

Will do when I get home from work, it's got a glass screen built into it and it's a lot more narrow than my other bowls but I wouldn't say its a small bowl at all. Can easily fit a 50mg dose in it. I'll send some more pictures when I can

Here's the inside of the bowl. It's just deep and narrow. I don't understand how it vaporizes DMT so efficiently though. I've used so many different bowl pieces for DMT and nothing works as well as this except maybe a properly hit dose out of a vaporgenie.

I'll admit ignorance as I've not smoked a water pipe in almost a decade but would it be the airflow?
I've only ever seen bowls with a single aperture. I wonder if the multiple allows for better airflow and even heating/vaporization.

Well I haven't used it yet since it's been clean actually... When I got this bowl it was heavily coated in marijuana resin so only the middle hole had proper airflow at the time of our sessions.

I'm curious now that it's clean how much more efficient it could be, probably gonna try it now that it's clean in a few days.

Nice I've had a similar one for weed and used it for changa. But how do you use it for pure dmt, how do you load it and light it?

The Sandwich method. Weigh out your dose, load bowl with preferred smoking herb (I use mullein personally) Sandwich it between your smoking herbs. Just make sure the DMT isn't on top of the bowl, you don't want it hitting direct flame.

I've used the sandwich method before, I thought it would be hard to get a 1 hit breakthrough with the extra herb smoke but maybe something else is going on here.

Well mullein is pretty easy on the lungs but I'm just as stumped as you are never really had a 1 hit breakthrough out of a bong before except with a really strong batch of changa I had a few years ago. Still makes no sense to me

I usually use a bong, I rarely use my gvg tbh.

And yes I've tried smoking from many different bongs and bowl pieces. This bowl just hits different

I just got a BAKx for my flower and extracts. For those not familiar with a Bake-All-Kinds made by a swedish weed wizard that goes by chooo from lamart. These units are not cheap nor easy to obtain, once they drop they sell out in minutes. Haven't tried it with dmt yet but they have this handheld spinner banger that I want to get for dmt that I'm sure will be the ticket.

Looks interesting. I've found dab nails to be kind of inefficient unless it's temperature controlled. Very easy to burn rather than vaporize your spice with a dab nail. Do you just heat it with a torch or do you have temp control on it like an e-nail?

A curious but interesting finding. Theres certainly a lot more to the fundamentals of the smoking and inhalation process than we sometimes give credit to over mere dosage.

I experiences significantly more powerful hits when I switched from a pipe to a bong with same of amount of changa and havent looked back, part of it was also about how long you can hold the smoother smoke.

Another tip I learned was to use hot tap water when you fill the bong, which means less DMT will condense onto cold glass as it comes through and also the steam will moisturise the airway and lungs making it easier to take in and hold.


If I ever find a glass piece with three apertures I will be getting it, but looks like a rare find as of now.

When you smoke anything, you can kinda visualize the physics of the "cherry".
A tobacco pipe will taste quite different than a cigar, even when the exact same tobacco is used. With a cigar cherry, it's right on the tip and the only tobacco near it being vaporized is next to it further down the cigar. The resin kind of flows down the cigar ahead of the cherry as well.
A pipe cherry burns down the middle with all the tobacco all around it vaporizing rather early in the bowl.
Also consider the differing taste of a joint vs a bowl. Also, how potent each hit is comparatively between a joint and a bowl.

As an old pipe maker, I always found that a bowl narrow compared to its depth was better and more efficient.
