Magic pressure cooker aya

Not sure if im putting this in the right place but here goes...

Set intention

Sage space

100 g mhrb

16 g syrian rue

Put rue in pan with water and 500mg vitamin c

Put mhrb in pressure cooker with 1000 mg vitamin c

Turn cooker on low pressure cook

Turn stove on mediam low



Cook and stir both well for 30 min

Make extraction

Filter

Add water

Repeat 3 times for both



Return to cooker

Cook on low pressure 20 to 30 more minutes till there is about 2 inches of liquid left for big cooker



Divide into 4 (or 8 for mild trip) mason jars



Take rue

Feel rue

Drink potion

Purge if you need to

Oranges help

BLAST OFF for 3 hours!

I guess I should add that the rue makes 4 doses and you can condense it down too

I'm guessing the Vit C is just used as your acid for extraction, or does it have any benefits to the brew?
