making 10x of one thing onto another

Here is an idea. If someone has say some 25x Blue Lily powder but no leafs, can they quite happily infuse it via solvent extract and evaporation into mint for example? Does this work well. What about blue lotus onto caapi leaf? etc.

I like the idea and wondered if anyone out there has any good combos that have worked well for them?
