Im doing the marsofolds tek. And I'm at the extraction step. I've mixed the naptha and waited the 3 hours. Now I'm wondering how many times do i repeat the process with the naptha?

Reading between the lines, you've mixed the first pull and waited for it to separate. Once you've removed the naphtha from the soup, the process can be repeated at least a couple more times with further portions of fresh or recovered naphtha. Depending on various conditions, including the quality of your bark, the exact composition of the naphtha, and the ambient conditions to name but three, you may find that going as far as a fifth pull will yield appreciable amounts of material.
Appraising each pull separately will allow you to monitor this. Keep evaporation of naphtha to a minimum if you can - then the naphtha can be reused. If the concentration of DMT in the naphtha is too low for freeze precipitation, a mini A/B will sort that out.
And do make sure that you completely avoid getting any trace of base soup in the precipitation vessel.
These are my thoughts based on a massive amount of reading between the lines, so as @bezevo says, some further details about your extraction will help us to help you in a more precise fashion.
