Maximum extraction of dmt.

Hi, I am producing dmt using the stb method. When washed, only a very small amount of dmt is left. I have looked at the various extraction techniques mentioned in the dmt nexus.I have also read DMT Extraction Overview.
My goal is to extract the maximum amount of dmt from plants possible. What will end up being the technology that will extract the most and maximize dmt?

It's a really handy resource that should help by outlining and explaining the conceptual underpinnings of the extraction process.

I suspect what you require isn't technology, but deeper, more thorough understanding.

I've already read this as well, and I'm trying to figure out what extraction method described in the dmt nexus wiki would maximize yield the most.
 
There seems to be some incongruence between the things you say you've read and the question you're asking.

It's sorta like asking, if you do the math correctly, which equation will give you the highest number 2+2, 2x2, 8/2, 2², √16, etc?

Are there specific things you're unclear on?

Maybe you should describe the extraction methods you used & we can give advice about what went wrong.

My friend also manufactures dmt and uses acacia confusa as well. He told me that acacia confusa has a lot of individual variability in dmt content.

I was attempting to guide you towards the literature, and only now have I recalled that one science portal maybe has something to do with "Hindawi", the former Egyptian open-access publishing house for scientific journals. It has material in both English and in Japanese. I still need to search my bookmarks, since I'm pretty sure I can point you a bit more in the right direction for learning about chemistry in your native tongue, even if my grasp of Japanese is practically nonexistent.
