TEK "TnT tek" - Vodka DMT extraction for oral use TEK (super easy!)

100g for this TEK and fully evaporate it so I can compare the amounts extracted to a 100g STB.

It's not a one to one comparison. This tek is full spectrum and extracts a good amount of flavonoids, other alkaloids, and other plant matter, as confirmed by analysis. Only part of it will be DMT. However, the result seems stronger than the DMT it contains, likely due to the action of some of the other stuff, so if you want to compare by subjective effects, it's possible (even if subjective).

I'm guessing the resultant dry bit can't be Freebase from the Vodka TEK, could this be mixed into usable Vape Juice with some citric acid to make DMT Citrate juice?

It could be that the extract is already soluble in PG without any citric acid, as pure DMT freebase is (although I prefer citrate). I would try first dissolving it without any citric acid, as you can always add it later.

I've got a couple more wetted-cooked-frozen-thawed extractions waiting for me in the Freezer.

If that's just damp bark you can add higher proof alcohol to take into account the amount of water already added to the bark. The rangeof 37 - 40 % ABV does seem to be close to optimal for the tannin removal step, although there may be some room for precision refinement with respect to minimising non-tryptamine components in the pulls.

To be honest @blig-blug that sounds even more interesting, and avoids me trying to do a pointless comparison.

And @Transform sadly its acid-wetted batches that I have frozen and we've already had the discussion about 'Fire Gel' so no acid near the Calcium Hydroxide, shooting flames after boofing the poop-shooter isn't my thing haha
