Mescaline percentage varies greatly between plants. It also will vary depending on if it's whole cacti or green layer only (where most meacaline is).
I would reccommend extracting it for accurate dosing or start low and adjust your dose from there remembering it can take up to 2 hours to kick in.

Yes, also I imagine this trip running up to the 10th or 14th hour as far as complete duration? Or maybe I am off..I have yet to try this classic psychedelic which is crazy considering how "experienced" I may think of myself when it comes down to it.
