My Coma Theory on DMT

Migrated topic.

My theory is that a we usually go into a coma when we take drugs or take head trauma, getting wacked on the head really bad.

I think what a coma really is, is when we smack our head, we MAY or may not disturb the pineal gland where DMT is disturbed and is therefore released and we will dream for MOOONTHS until all this dmt you awakon fades or gets used up.

Thoughts on this???

Let me plants a few seeds for thought with you:

* You have many types of coma
* You have many types of head trauma
* It is not clear if DMT is produced in the pineal gland, there are even indications that this might not be possible at all
* There is no evidence at all that you dream because of endogenous DMT
* DMT in your body is broken down incredibly fast by both MAO-A (liver) and Cytochrome P450 (in your blood) enzymes, so that 'supply of DMT' of your theory will be broken down in hours (maybe even minutes?) instead of months

And please stop the cursing, it is not needed and certainly unwanted on the DMT-Nexus.

*sigh* See you in a week...

On the DMT-Nexus we want reliable information, that also means that any new theory will be met with critical thinking and logic and when things do not add up they are pointed out to prevent misinformation. If you see that as unwelcoming then I'm afraid that the DMT-Nexus is not for you.

Also before you presented this theory you already could have do some fact checking on your basic information. If you are presenting a theory then you should at least substantiate and support your idea with reliable sources and solid logic.
