Need some advice.

Ok here is my situation. I prefer to smoke my dmt using the enhanced leaf method so a month ago I dissolved 6 grams of dmt in 240ml of 91% IPA for storage. Yesterday I took 40ml of the IPA (which should contain 1 gram of dmt) and enhanced a gram of blue lotus petals. The final weight was 1.6 grams. I'm not sure where the other 400mg of dmt went, I was sure to shake the alcohol before taking the 40ml so nothing could have settled. Can I re-extract my spice from the alcohol? Say by adding lye to the IPA, doing naptha pulls and freeze precipitating again?

I am guessing due to the solubility rates of the solvent you are using, it might have caused an imbalance of distribution in your solution.

You can extract it the way that you mentioned, or you can evaporate it.
