Need some guidance

I have 100mg of 5 MEO DMT HCL. I want to snort it and I have a couple of questions.

Is that a safe does? ( I read in the handbook to start at 100mg but it wasn't clear in the type of DMT.)

Last time I did 50mg and I fought it because I thought I would die. Should I just lay down, relax, and blast off?

Should I have a sitter?

Any other information you feel helpful is appreciated.
