Does anyone know the legal status of salvia in South Carolina? I have been searching the Internet for the past hour and cannot find the answer. Thank you in advance.

The reason I posted this was because I found the website below, which says that salvia is illegal in south carolina:

And then I seen the website you are talking about, and it said it is legal. So, I dont know what to believe.

I cannot find any head shop that sales salvia in sc. I just called all the closest ones to me and no dice.
