It is not unheard of as some people cut coke with adderal and ritalin although these people are idiots and are at the bottom of the chain of supply. There is a large supply of pure cocaine form S. America. Whereas there is also a large supply of meth form mexico (now).
SWIM would guess that a 10 (pound) gram would not be that pure, as a gram of pure amphetamine would last most people over a week. Amphetamines are also cut on the street check out the analysis on DEA microgram sometimes its only a couple percent pure. I am not sure about coke in Europe although it is likely harder to get it to europe and there is probably thus less of a supply. But in the good ol US of A one can get coke relatively easily it is usually crap (25%) but it is easy in the right places (knowing people) to get scales. Real coke is very shinny, it looks like little scales (fish scale) and very soft. The real rocks flake apart when pressed, if the rocks are hard and white-white it is rerock, which can or can't be good it depends who its from....
