My gathering was both fortuitous and serendipitous... I met Shayku on the Nexus, contacted him when I noticed he lived in my town, helped him with an extraction and through extraction down-time conversations, we became friends. Without risk, life is a dull featureless void...

A great continuation jBark! This data stream you describe sounds very familiar from my own journeys in the past with IM'ing ketamine. It seems like a complete diving into it with the higher doses, completely apart from the physicality. Perhaps the MDMA helps ground and related to the body?

I'm sick to do what some of you guys have done, but I'm patient for now, got other things on the burner that will have to work out. I had never thought of K as something that I just had to do, well, that's been changed, thank you sir. Congratulations on mastering some superb writing skills there, nothing comes across as repetitive or confusing. Clear, sharp. I look forward to reading more experiences.

I think its interesting that you touched on the question of "fun without work". While part of it may be because of your catholic upbringing, I think it is a very significant theme that goes beyond imposed morals by some or other religion. I think humans do naturally give more value to something they worked for.

While they are not my choice, I dont think that using these substances that you are mentioning is necessarily wrong or a problem, specially if in your daily life you are fulfilling your duties and doing the work necessary to "earn" your right to a leisurely experience, whatever it is. I can understand, though, that they could easily provoque more remorse-of-conscience if one isnt doing the pre and post-work and if the usage is very frequent, due to their hedonistic qualities.

The work of self-analysis and necessity of surrendering to a classic psychedelic experience can serve to make one appreciate and respect the experience more, but integration is still a must, of course.

So what can I say? I think you should listen to yourself regarding which substances, how much and when to take them. I think your self-critical nature will pretty much prevent you from going too far astray from a good path, so ultimately I dont think there's much to worry. Just make sure that whatever path you do take, you write it down and post it here, for our linguistic pleasures

Thanks Ragabr. And yes, I think there was something going on between the MDMA and K, and also the Nitrous, which several times acted as a launch pad/booster after a last line of K, vaulting me up and beyond just as the ketamine kicked. I would like to try K alone to see how it differs and to at least experience its signature solo, but my fear is that the absence of fear in this instance was the result of the MDMA. I guess we shall see..

In a couple of weeks I am getting together with that group again at another chalet for 2 days of cross country skiing and cross callosum being.

I will let you know if anything fruitful transpires. It's agonna be FUN!!

I think a decent dose of K, with the experiences youve had with the non-dissociative psychedelics, should not cause fear as the dissociation, if you just let it flow, will take you to a place where fear even as a concept just will not exist.And, as Im fairly sure the Nexian named ragabr will concur, IM all the way!!!:d :x (should your K be of the appropriate purity/quality).

Finally getting around to responding to this. Thanks for the reassurance! I feel sufficiently justified that I have been a relatively good boy in my everyday life that I deserve, in 2 weeks, another hedonistic foray with these same folks + a couple more (including my GF, if the committee will allow (her difficult alter ego who is always present for negotiations and planning:shock: )). If anything of interest ensues, which is likely(!), I will report back here!!
