Lately I've become deeply interested in maximizing effectiveness, proficiency, efficiency, and overall performance of my being

There's a lot of misinformation out there, especially on the internet, so thus this thread seeks to provide the Nexians with a continuous compilation of the most high quality internet information resources available to us in one nicely organized and concise location

Anything having to do with personal evolution, systems which uplift, empower, inspire one to break thru negative patterns into the high functioning beings we actually are beneath the illusions produced by a diseased culture which bind us to these meager and self sabotaging states of frenetic rambling through life

imagine never skipping a song on your mp3 player, as a subtle example
if everything we're working with is the best, most efficient material, we will be less distracted, and therefore can further refine whatever it is, whatever our passion may be and the path that comes with it

blooming into fullness and interconnectedness
symphonically glorious

It has all ways been of utmost importance to me to, prior to apprehending any task whatsoever, discover the *proper* or tailored approach for my individual constitution, and by virtue of having this streamlined approach to life, cut through obstacles like butter and have far more time, space energy, emotional mental and spiritual, etc, a clearing of sorts as the substrate for cultivating self mastery and vital inner life.

Hopefully you get the gist of what eye mean...

Sifting through the sea of knowledge we drown in each day, the follies which validate themselves semantically or culturally which are truly extremely inefficient falling away naturally...yet expedited by the apprehension of some very simple pointers which could completely revolutionize our otherwise incomplete personal understanding

Articles, websites, books, products,

top of the line everything
garbage in, garbage out...unless of course we become masters of alchemy via the stepping stones of great pioneers and thinkers and feelers, artists and writers, psychologists and business people, scientists and poets, all coming together in a polymathematic labyrinth of converging vertices which weaves the elegant tapestry of wholeness, of competence, confidence that we require to carry us to the next level of cognition to activate the latent divinity within each one of us

we are surrounded by a rapidly efflorescing novelty engine which contains both gold and garbage,

what gets in the way?
and
what tools do we have at our disposal, in this opportune time we find ourselves in, what with the internet and extremely advanced organic technology ie. psychedelics etc, the way our earth is orchestrated Right Now seems like an opportune time to soak up as much pertinent information as possible and go further than the average distractible predictable person may realize he is capable of accomplishing...

Blessings

While all this sounds interesting, I'm still not sure exactly what you are looking for as far as a response goes.

Perhaps you could be a little more specific in what it is you are looking for.

I think a lot of inefficiency comes from clutter, both physical and mental. In my own household I have tried to greatly minimize the number of things I have. If I don't touch something every few months, have it as a decoration, or have it for an emergency situation (like a fire extinguisher), I tend to reevaluate whether it is necessary in my life and oftentimes get rid of it.

Clearing mental clutter is important as well; good first steps would include identifying things in your life that make you anxious and seeing what you can do to resolve those daily anxieties. I have sometimes had a problem for months and when I finally take steps to resolve it, I question why I didn't do it earlier. The answer is often laziness or just lack of time. Dedicating some time to solving small mental problems and anxieties saves a lot more time in the long run.

I also have an affinity for well-built items that last for a very long time without need for replacement. These types of products are often much better for the environment, and I enjoy the general aesthetic of sturdy, long-lasting gizmos. My clothes are another example of this; I have clothes that people consider to be very nice, but many of them are more than 5 years old. By respecting these items and investing in my initial purchase, I ensure that I will have them for a long time and not have to worry about new purchases later on.

For those who spend a lot of time in digital realms, clearing up data files and applications on your computer/game station can help ease a lot of clutter as well. I see so many people with hundreds of little applications, shortcuts, and folders on their desktop, and then they complain when they cannot find anything. I have a lot of files as I store everything from school and work, but everything is organized in such a way that it is clean, neat, and I never lose any digital material. Backing up data on a regular schedule is also important for peace of mind.

I have found that having to mentally keep track of a lot of tasks and problems is what contributes a lot to general stress and even panic attacks. For this reason, I keep a planner where I plan out things like when I will cut my nails, get a haircut, and even purchase dental floss. By doing this and pledging to myself to always follow my planner with a couple days wiggle room, I do not have to worry about urgently scheduling these mundane and sometimes time-consuming activities into my schedule, as they are already scheduled.

Some people might criticize this and call it over-planning of my life, but I find that it makes me freer from not having to worry about these things at random times and always having my basic needs taken care of. This allows me to focus on more important things in my life and really invest myself and my mind into what I am doing, which I think is what you are partially getting at.

For me, the first thing that comes to my mind is general health. Being stripped of most things in life, I found health to be the toughest one to replace.

Researching on the internet is a good way to start off, but basically we know so little of the place we live in that the overwhelming amount of information is usually not nearly enough to give clear answers.

In my case, mental health was the issue. And the first step I took was physical.
I got to learn about the Wim Hof method, which gives me a solid point to go back to if life ever gets that rough. It gives a solid feeling that I am in control, and the surprise element of me breathing for over 20 years without knowing I could overdose o2 and for benefits left something special and strong within me. I did not know something THAT simple for a good twenty years.

And it is also a prime example of general health and well being. It is cheap and requires time and dedication.

The key for me was always Cheap and Effective! Getting to know things like cold shock and hot stress, frequent meditation, ketogenesis and the power of broccoli sprouts, how frequent masturbation leads to degenerative psyché and how the wonderful world of plants hide over a million little secrets for us that we still can't map out (apart from a few obvious tea products that pretty much lack information nonetheless)!

Most of the popular diseases and problems are really byproducts of a hectic unhealthy lifestyle. Living cheap smart and healthy is the way for my every day happyness.

I usually read around the reddit, which is a very strange place and should be used with skepticism in my opinion ... But sometimes great ideas are born there.

Apart from that, I hear this Nexus place is a solid information base :D
Also looking at Joe Rogan, Rhonda Patrick.

I hope my reply was productive as I too don't fully understand the question at hand. Also, maybe share with us your way? It would lead to better understanding and also vital information is always welcome :)

In line with RAM: emotional diet.

Being human has always been very much linked to being emotional.
As in: without emotions we could as well be a beast or a machine. The more emotions the more human. I have been un-learning this dogma.

The fast clicking internet (smartphone) cult feeds quite effectively the constant need to be 'triggered', the one emotional awe after the other, trillions of it like a constant flow of aaghhh for whatever reason. Emotional addiction I presume.

To a degree I've become emotionally neutral to a lot of things. It has from itself lead to no longer need (well it's an on going process) for emotional key-factors. Like RAM has come to point out this happens in material stuff, in mental, in stuff on your hard drive, etc

One might think I've become Scrooge-like but it's others confirming not so. Since every contact I have now is more unique it can gain deeper depth, but not an emotional depth, more an energetic depth. It seems it works in favor for me and others.

Just sharing.
